Transcripts are available at all state events and may be signed by any state board member, district director, council president, or workshop presenter.
Completed transcripts may be sent to your District Director or the Vice President of Training.
This competition encourages students to explore the arts and express themselves by providing positive recognition for their artistic efforts.

The winning student receives 0 from National PTA.Current bylaws are required to be a unit in good standing.Virginia PTA requires bylaws revision and approval every five years. Local Unit, Council and District bylaws amendments are adopted annually by the delegates attending the Virginia PTA Annual Conference.We applaud and congratulate all of our Virginia students for their creativity in the arts.For winners at the state level, please go to the award list below and you will find names, categories, and placements.I would love to hear your ideas, your story, your concerns, and try to help in any way I can.Remember, if I don’t have the answers, I always will make sure that our team is part of the conversation.When you explore what you have and express what you feel, the Arts will reward you in so many ways and this program is just one way of doing so.For 50 years, the National PTA's Reflections Program has helped students explore, create, value, develop, and find their true talents.We are helping to provide pencils for the children whose parents or families don’t have the means for school supplies.We are providing resources for all of our staff members.
