This is the second time one of Stapleton’s lab’s papers has been selected as the best of the year by the editors of a scientific journal.In 2012, she was lead author on a paper identifying the presence of banned or potentially harmful flame-retardant chemicals in baby products; that paper was named the best of the year by the editors of ES&TL’s sister journal, Environmental Science & Technology.It is hoped that this resource library will serve present and future generations of addiction professionals, recovery coaches and recovery advocates.

Those limitations aside, the book is worth a good read.

This site contains the full text of more than 300 articles, 8 monographs, 30 recovery tools, 9 book chapters, 3 books, and links to an additional 18 books written by William White and co-authors over the past four decades as well as more than 100 interviews with addiction treatment and recovery leaders.

The book gives a good history of forest fires from the early twentieth century unto the present day.

The one limitation is the numerous errors in hyphenation that have resulted from transposing the text from one document to another.

The range of papers deals exclusively with National Forests, National Parks, and Indian reservations, but no mention is made of the lands of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM).
