Take the title of whatever song comes on and use it as your writing prompt.
Since they are odd and random components, they don’t all need to be the highlight of your story.
For example, I’d perhaps make this a Western setting to easily incorporate the sentence, have my protagonist meet a cowboy hat-clad suitor, and have a broadcast playing on a radio that mentions a dictator.
Here’s one example — the song by Dave Davies of The Kinks served as my prompt one day and it turned out to be a great one.
Those two words can be interpreted so many different ways; you could take it romantically, have two strangers meet, you could take it in a dark way and delve into a social commentary and perhaps talk about the bystander effect, or you could even use it metaphorically.
