Proficiency in English As English is the primary language of instruction and communication at the University of Toronto, applicants must demonstrate an adequate level of proficiency in English, regardless of their citizenship status or country of origin.

It is important that these students follow SGS’ policies on ELP testing requirements and take one of the required tests for admission to a graduate program.

MPP Online Application form Applications to the MPP 2019 program offered by the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy must be submitted to the School of Graduate Studies (SGS), University of Toronto, through the SGS online admissions application.

There is an application fee of 0 Canadian Dollars that is charged to all graduate applicants.
