Each unit is worth 25% of the final grade: Unit 1- Fitness for Sport and Exercise (externally assessed via an online exam) Unit 2- Practical Sports Performance (internally assessed via coursework) Unit 5- Training for Personal Fitness (internally assessed via coursework) Unit 6- Leading Sports Activities (internally assessed via coursework) Qualification Grading will be either at Level 1 and Level 2, dependant on the result of each unit and standard of work.
