Standard training programs are templates that help a person do the work without fail.

Two lessons ago we talked about the importance of having a vision, which is basically the big picture of where you want to go.

And in the previous lesson we talked about goals, which are the specific milestones along the way toward your vision.

As a high school student, this possibility might seem more like an impossibility.

In order to start the process of running your own operation, the first thing to do is throw all doubt out the window. High schools all over the United States have classes dedicated to teaching business, marketing, and economics.Therefore, they must be provided during the lesson to discuss their own learning.They do not come with a full understanding of how to show respect, how to criticize the workplace, not a person, how to describe it and how best to promote it. Various students will learn how to use each other to achieve a common goal.So today we’re going to talk about plans, because you need to have a plan of action to hit your goals…(Watch this video…) I’ve put together a 1-page outline template for you which asks for the following information: – Name of business – Vision for the business – Who is the target market?
